Spring Carnival Committee – This committee will have to be broken down into several sub-committees and will require members perform tasks such as to research vendors willing to participate in the Spring Carnival, set a date for the carnival and plan activities for the families.

Members will also be responsible for setting appropriate costs, recruiting volunteers to set-up at the carnival, work, and clean up after the carnival. A suitable location for the carnival will also need to be located by this committee. This event will take a lot of planning and this committee will need to immediately get started on the logistics of this event. An estimated budget for this committee will be approximately $1,500.

Last year’s carnival was a huge success and the proceeds help provide a very large donation to Harmony Elementary Austin’s brand new library and we hope to make this year’s event even better.
