Movie Night Committee
 
Movie Nights/Parents' Night Out – This committee will be responsible for identifying appropriate nights to host the after hour school events where parents can drop students off for a few hours of organized and safe fun. Members of this committee will select and organize appropriate activities including games/crafts/movies.  The children will be served dinner and a snack. Volunteers (on whom a criminal background check must be conducted), will be needed to set-up, assist, supervise and clean up at these events and the cost of the movie nights.

Committee members will also be responsible for promoting these events, via flyers, emails, etc. All participating families will also have to sign a waiver releasing the PTO and the school from any liability. The proposed budget for this event will be $0.00 as the movie nights will have to be prepaid in advance, and for security and administrative reasons, no money will be collected on the night of the event.
